Hillel Hurwitz is an award-winning brand strategist with over 15 years of brand marketing experience across verticals. He was educated in the physics of brand building at the School of Visual Arts in New York City where he graduated at the top of his class with a Masters in Branding and as the recipient of the Paula Rhodes Award for Exceptional Achievement in Branding. Hillel later graduated from Harvard University’s brand strategy program.
Hillel combines his global in-house and agency experience to deliver visionary brand magic each and every time. Across three continents and 10 cities, Hillel has worked with leading brands including HP, Paramount Pictures, Microsoft, Nutrafol as well as many non-profit organizations such as Momentum, The Jewish Agency, Birthright, and others.

Tayla ran a successful advertising agency in Vietnam, building brands that are iconic today. She knows what it takes to lead our clients to success. Her expertise in marketing strategy, brand identity, and biz development has combed the way for organizations worldwide.

Doni is a creative soul at heart, constantly drawing inspiration from the world around him. A seasoned veteran in transforming ideas into action, he has a knack for capturing the essence of a brand and connecting it with people on an emotional level. His work isn’t just seen; it’s felt, proving that the most compelling ideas are those that weave the human experience into their very fabric.

Doni Goodman
Looking at Trady will tell you everything you need to know. He is meticulous in his appearance, in his style and his environment. This aesthetic sensibility comes through in everything Trady touches. He can adapt to whatever the brief calls for. His work on both big and small brands including Kellogg’s, Huggies, and Kraft Heinz is a true testament to that.

Trady Kim
Miguel’s passion for branding, & visual storytelling is infectious, which is why he is the perfect mentor for our design team with his extraordinary teamwork and management skills. His creative expertise and love for design allows him to add a unique Bald spin to the work we do for our clients, all whilst helping communicate the exact desired message in stunningly visual manner.

Miguel Riebman
Jaime is a certified problem solver with a passion for operations. Armed with a love for efficiency, a knack for turning chaos into order, and an endless supply of dad jokes – Jaime ensures the ship runs smoothly through operational excellence.

Jaime Trope
Dani is a creative with over a decade of global experience with a holistic focus on digital, social, branded content and voice; endlessly curious about subcultures, fandoms and the potential niche opportunities these spaces nurture for brands. She loves innovation for good, data driven creativity & simple ideas that don’t take themselves too seriously.

From promotional book videos with Mark Manson (author of “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck) to campaigns with Vogue, Netflix, Shell, Johnnie Walker and Zalando, Adrian’s video editing skills have the ability to capture the essence of a story with unmatched sensitivity and beauty.

Adrian Hylka
Winona is a lover of tough problems, unexpected perspectives, Spanish literature, and taco trucks. She is our calm and collected Account Manager and ensures each project exceeds expectations.

From art museums to historic theaters, Winona has made a career revitalizing and telling stories of offbeat cultural gems across LA. Fun fact – she has helped to make marionettes for Harry Styles, Kendrick Lamar, and many more!
Winona Bechtle
Jacqui has an interest into what makes people tick, which comes through in her work and interactions. She has worked on some of South Africa’s leading household brands like FNB, MTN, and Hyundai, and the country’s leading streaming service, Showmax. She is both an excellent Art Director and overall awesome human being.

During her time at Showmax, she’s worked on the most-loved shows like Tali’s Baby Diary, Temptation Island, Dam, and Steinheist.
Jacqui-Leigh Meyerson
Manuel is originally from California, but has lived in Peru for the past couple of years, and just moved back to San-Francisco! In-between surfing and finding the best coffee in Lima, he refined his skills as a Performance & Growth Marketer. He’s worked for various travel agencies, software companies and even in radio.
Tinkering and figuring things out is second nature for Manuel. Whether its fine tuning campaigns for revenue or rebuilding vintage motorcycles, he’s always up for a challenge.

Herman Stapelberg
After a successful start in Art Direction, where he won first place at the NYF advertising awards and made a Superbowl ad, Dave decided that he has an aptitude for people and business. With an extensive understanding of client relationships, he bridges the gap between the Account folks and the Design studio here at Bald.

Cassie Baker
Based in Cape Town, Liv has a unique flair for crafting work that is visually striking and conceptually bold. With a meticulous eye for detail and a love for creative storytelling, she creates work that combines practicality with a touch of artistry. When she’s not designing, Liv is an overly ambitious DIY-er, a doting plant mom, sweet treat connoisseur and lover of 80s rock music.

After graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Visual Communications at Red & Yellow, Liv kick started her freelance career working with some of Cape Town’s local favourites such as Chardonnay Deli, Granadilla Swim and Lakeside Taproom. Her biggest highlight to date has been here at Bald, where she’s had the chance to work with a phenomenal global team on big up-and-coming projects in the branding world.
Olivia Proudfoot
With over a decade of client management, project and traffic management and brand strategy, Kaylee has worked with and led many teams within the consumer branding sector. Having worked remotely since 2017, has enabled her love of travel and she has worked from and in close to 20 different countries, often traveling and working from where the clients are based to fully immerse herself in their brand and consumer segment.
When not travelling, Kaylee enjoys living in the English countryside and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Working on some dream clients like Pernod Ricard & Absolut Vodka; being sent nearly 10kg of Italian chocolate from a client and winning a DBA award for a Turkish beer brand.

With a passion for editorial design and illustration, a lot of Zilia’s work is inspired by her Mexican background.
Zilia is always up for a challenge, with her latest being training in UX methodologies.

Zilia Zentella Dominguez
Armed with a pen and paper, Adam is making a quick name for himself at Bald as a copywriter (and big Florida Gators fan!) with a knack for extracting heartfelt insights and writing the voices of real brands that speak to actual people.

Having worked within a multitude of different industries, Tayla has developed a keen sense of people, planning various projects aligning with the production process – all while learning the fine art of perfection.

Tayla Van Blerck
Matilda has worked in creative agencies throughout her career, partnering with brands within beauty, snacks, drinks and beyond. Originally from London, Matilda is now living in New York City.

Taryn Selvan
Fresh to the industry, Mario has a passion for growing businesses through strategic thinking and being meticulous to detail. He has a passion for business & brand strategy and is currently helping us grow bigger and bolder than ever!

Mario Santana
Isaac gives party hosts brands as gifts. Of the seven shelves of books in his apartment, books on brand fill the normal amount (five). When he goes out with his friends, he asks them normal questions, like why they chose the beer they’re drinking, and if they think the brand on the bottle makes them look cool. He loves that if you tell the right story about a brand, it can change peoples’ shared reality.

Isaac Morrier
Cam Sherrill is a creative leader who believes great design isn’t just seen—it’s felt. With a knack for turning brands into experiences, he’s constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Whether it’s a bold rebrand or a campaign that sticks with you, Cam’s work connects deeply with audiences while looking great on the surface (and under the hood).

Creative Director and Head of Production Design at Hearst. Directed campaigns for Amazon, Samsung, and Meta. Published Tech and Lifestyle Journalist. Lead Creative and Art for multiple award winning films and documentaries.
Cameron Sherrill
Suzie is a self-taught Operations and Project Manager with 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, having worked with some of the biggest names in the FMCG and Alcohol brands world. She’s all about creative problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and keeping projects on track. Outside of work, an animal lover and a bit obsessed with Vietnamese food – both eating it and cooking it!

Ari is a seasoned Program Manager with a drive for complex creative and digital projects. As a dedicated #girldad, Ari infuses his work with the same care and creativity he brings to his family life.

Ari Tretin

Eliana Kandel
Adam’s parents gave him a short first name because he has a long last name, proving that the best ideas are often the simplest. With every creative project, he tries to find something he loves and share it.

We’re not allowed to say much about his work in advertising, but it has raised a lot of money for non-profits, explained AI in human terms, inspired sports fans, and made a few brains tingle.
Adam Lichtenstein
A designer-turned-strategist, Gee is a self-proclaimed generalist who is driven by conceptual thinking. She’s also permanently hungry, hopelessly optimistic for a good hair day, and a failed vegetarian. She uses her verbal and visual versatility to untangle stories, ideate creative directions, and lay the foundations for brands to be built.
Career Highlights
After a brief stint in recruitment, she went on to study a diploma in Graphic Design at Shillington in London. This opened the doors to a design internship in Copenhagen for Pearlfisher and then a remote job as a Creative for Noise Studio. She is now based in New York as a full-time Baldie (MISSION CRITICAL).
Georgia Watt
Midwest born and raised, Ruby is a graduate of WashU’s Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts, currently based in New York City. Her passion for design and creative storytelling stems from her love of writing and constant pursuit of connection through empathy and vulnerability. Ruby’s background in computer science also inspires her interest in interaction design, strategic problem solving, and systems thinking. Last but not least, she is a coffee addict, thrift shop regular, and owner of a 13 year-old Shih Tzu named Barney.

Based in Brooklyn, New York, Jess is a designer with a background in media and branding across both start-ups and established agencies. She strives to create work that pushes boundaries, tells meaningful stories, and has touches of playfulness added in whenever possible. A true music enthusiast, Jess is often found with her headphones on, immersed in her favorite tunes, or out experiencing New York’s vibrant live music scene.

Jack Ruhl
Shelby thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and relationship-building, whether solving client challenges or making their lives easier. A natural collaborator, she’s always ready to dive in headfirst (literally – she’s an avid scuba diver) and loves pushing the envelope to connect brands with their audiences. When she’s not crafting campaigns, she’s crocheting, volunteering, or off on an adventure with her dog, Jack Daniel.

Lauren began her career in New York City, developing a knack for building strong client relationships and delivering standout campaigns. With experience in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, CPG, real estate, and hospitality, she skillfully balances creativity with strategy to drive results. Now based in Minneapolis, Lauren enjoys exploring the city and discovering the best local taco trucks.

Lauren Shakil
Hailing from California and armed with a tattoo of the photoshop pen tool, Rae is an art director who is passionate about bringing ideas to life in surprising, beautiful, sometimes poignant, and oftentimes colorful ways. She likes to live at the intersection between great craft and niche culture. When she’s not working, she most likely has her nose in a book.

After graduating summa cum laude from ArtCenter College of Design, Rae has worked on a variety of clients big and small. She’s had her hands on everything from branding a national epilepsy awareness program to promoting athletes in the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Rachel Cerchiari
A naturally curious creative with a love for strategy and storytelling, she brings calm to chaos. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her gaming, lifting weights at the gym, or exploring the outdoors – fueling her creativity through movement and nature. She believes balance breeds brilliance and finds inspiration in every day life.
