Puckett Excursions is a luxury group travel agency specifically geared towards members of the LGBTQIA+ community. After a number of successful trips and the desire to continue growing the business, Puckett Excursions was looking to take things to the next level.

CHALLENGE

Filled with ambition and euphoric energy, Chris Puckett came to us with the goal of bringing these unique travel experiences to a greater number of people. We asked ourselves, how we might be able to help them scale the business and boost sales by building the Puckett brand in a way that stays true to the brand essence?

WHAT WE DID

We helped pull out important elements of the brand through customer interviews and a series of brand, marketing, and business consulting workshops with the founder to strategize and grow the brand.

From this, we extracted various key insights and the core essence of the brand that people originally fell in love with. We used this to develop a content strategy for Puckett Excursions that would effectively communicate the brand's key message on all its social media, email, and web platforms.

We broadened the umbrella of their target audience and created a more inclusive experience through refreshed copy and visual language that targets their LGBTQIA+ audience. To increase trust, we built and highlighted relationships with reputable partner companies and increased media coverage.

We streamlined the digital experience of booking and created elements of engagement during the flat period between booking and trip commencement to build excitement leading up to the trip.
