Your Responsibilities
As an intern at Bald, you won’t be making coffee (for anyone else), you’ll be making real contributions. Whether you’re a budding Designer (graphic or UI/UX), aspiring Art Director, sharp-witted Copywriter, Brand Strategist, or business-minded operator, you’ll dive headfirst into meaningful projects from day one.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, contribute ideas in brainstorms, and gain hands-on experience shaping work that’s bold, insightful, and built to move brands forward. Guided by experienced mentors, you’ll sharpen your skills, build your portfolio, and get a real taste of what it means to bring creativity and strategy to life in a fast-paced agency environment.

How It Works
We offer four, 3-month-long internship programs a year. Starting January, April, July and October. Over the course of three months, you’ll be embedded in our day-to-day work, joining internal meetings, collaborating on live client projects, and participating in team critiques and creative reviews.
You’ll have regular check-ins with your mentor, gain exposure to different departments, and build your skills through hands-on learning. Expect to walk away with real-world experience, a stronger creative voice, and portfolio-worthy work that reflects your growth.
